About this event

YES LogoWe’ve got another $12,000 that we want to give to local schools in 2015, and all they gotta do is have fun. Thanks to the generosity of local sponsors, we will award money to schools for fitness and exercise activities based on their students’ participation in Fun Runs, ranging from 1/4 mile to 2 miles.

This event had a record 1,063 participants in 2014. It’s the largest kids-only Fun Run in the state of Kansas, and among the top 5 in the entire United States!

This event is made possible by the generosity of our title sponsor, Body First Wellness and Recreation of Manhattan, a grant from the Greater Manhattan Community Foundation’s YES Fund, and the following co-sponsors:

…and the Manhattan Cross Country Club.
